The coloring was ok until I messed up the background with wrong color.

I was following a color scheme that I made for this drawing.. Digital colored version.. The CG background is pretty, however I forget it's not CG again!! Traditional is different..)

In the end, I have to cover it with thick layers of white poster color almost the whole background..

Totally ruin the whole background.. Nothing much to say.. T.T Don't even want to edit anything..

This is my first time using watercolor paper. Wow, it really quite different compare with ordinary drawing paper..

Somehow the color doesn't look good after scanning it out.. No matter how I adjust with ps filter options, it didn't work at all.. So, I just adjust a little bit, trying to bring out the color as much as I can..


Tried to place a transparent sheet over the scanner.. Still, at least 10-20% of the color is not showing..

Took few snapshots, here is one of it.. The original color!! Slightly adjust the brightness.. Finally, some of the colors show up here.

Perhaps, I use Hb and 2b to shade, the drawing seems rather light after scanning.. and so slightly adjusted the brightness and contrast to make it look darker to bring the shades out. (my itchy hand again. XD )

Very random painting out of the blue.. using iPhone apps.

Just trying out to see if I can paint anything with it.. and it's not easy.. kinda tiring switching between index and middle finger to paint.. If only I have a pen to draw with.. Took me 3 to 4 hours to finish it..


Well, it came out kinda horrible.. Oh well, I tried.. lol

Reformatted 3-4 times in just few days.. (change back to win xp.. bro help me to reformat.) Dunno why, the explore was having problem loading after installing some program or something.. Doh!!

End up using system restore option but in vain.. (ToT)
The computer seems to be in slow mode too even before install anything..

Thus, need to reformat again, reinstalling, moving stuffs in and out of the external hard drive countless times..

Finally, switch back to win 7.. (^_^;) and explore is loading properly.. whew. Still have some programs to install.. just hope the com don't go nuts again anytime soon.. I don't want to reformat anymore.. for now.

Wondering should I install the sims 2 too? It will take up lots of space in the com.. (the sims takes forever to load the game.. yup too many custom contents in the download folder..) maybe just keep it aside first..

Another piece nearly thrown into trashcan, when it was nearly 90% done mainly because of the hair color..and perhaps I shouldn't give her fox's ear too.. looks like two huge cotton balls. (should have look for references..) Totally forgotten that this is not a watercolor paper material.. Shouldn't applied too much water.. a small part of her arms was really wrinkled I have to cover it with ps.


Did some color edit with ps. This piece was pretty much ruin..

Never ever try to color with black poster color in the middle of the night with a dim torch light.. It was pretty much ruin.. I should have scanned the sketch before I color this..
