Yeah~! (it's been 2 months since he joins the army..) Another image of Eric Mun from Shinhwa~! This time, digital painting of course..
But first.. Here is how it looks like in the beginning.. *Quickly cover your eyes from the first two images.. Don't look.* XD


1. The Sketch..


Found a nice image of Eric on the Internet.. Hand itching to draw something.. and so.. put the image into I-touch (references). Let's just say.. It’s just a random doodle I did.. a traditional piece.. and I was viewing iPod touch throughout this time.. SO CRAPPY DRAWING..

2. Next..


Few days later.. 2nd attempt.. Actually, I don't have intention to paint him.. I was randomly experimenting painting.. In the end.. He became my painting reference.. However, I did not to use the image in the beginning. I tried to rely on my memory instead.. Well.. This is the outcome.. (Never ever rely on my memory.. Total disaster.) Done in 2-3 hours..

3. TA~DA~! ＾ω＾


(好帅呀~! 只是自己觉得而已啦.) This time with reference~! Continue to repaint over the second image.. Adding in another 3-4 hours.. (Finish in 6-7 hours more or less.) Non traditional painting.. Done completely in ps. I'm sooo proud of this image that I've painted.. I never knew I can paint like this. o(^▽^)o Although, I find it hard to paint the 'netted clothes'.. Just go simple over it.. =3 The only disappointment for me is... it's done in 800 x 600 pixels..
｡･ﾟﾟ･(>д<;)･ﾟﾟ･｡ So small.. (No wonder I can paint so fast.. Sigh.. orz)
Dab on some paints and some random blending etc.. There you go.. A nice effect. (＾ω＾)

Traditional drawing.

I really don't like to use A3 size to draw.. because.. IT'S TO HARD TO SCAN AND ARRANGE PROPERLY~! Most of the time it ended up distort in someway.. No matter how many times I scan it or arrange it.. Well, at least once in a while some pieces turns out okay.. Lucky, this piece is one of it.

Well, I use ps to recolor a new piece.. Hmmmm.. Not color doesn't look really good..


This time I've removed the lineart and add some blending + filter + colors etc..

Basketball Drawing.

Inspire by the recent Taiwan drama: Hot Shot aka 籃球火. =D Haven't finish watching.. (only watch 3 episodes..) Quite hilarious too. (Loves comedy.) 言承旭帅呆了! (我是superman. 我是superman. Haha. I like that song.)

Never draw sports drawing before.. Well, acutally this is the first time .. Here goes..


Cropped.. Pencil sketches on the lecture pad.. kinda crumple.. No references use except the basketball.. (Forget the pattern..)


90% color with the mouse. 10% by tablet.. (I still prefer to use tablet though..) Yes~! Trying out my newest custom paint and splatter brushes~! This is how it turns out. Looks like water-coloring except slightly powderish.. I just luv it~! XD


There goes the itchy hand again.. Another few rounds of color alteration plus Gaussian blur filtering/ blending options. Dreamy piece again..

Get Messy..

Well, just like the title says.. GET MESSY alright. Actually, I want to have some custom made brushes (for ps) of my own and so.. let's get movin'.

Since, I've a tube of white poster color, I need black paper to bring out the effect.. So, go toring off 15 pages of A5 black papers.. (Heartache.. waste my black paper..)
Cut 3 to 4 pieces of A2 drawing papers each into 4 pieces.. Man.. it's total wasting of paper~!!

Next, dig out the old watercolor box.. (Lucky still have some paints left..) go crazy.. Dip some paint.. Splatter like mad.. Have paints all over my arm's, leg and slightly few spots on my face too.. That's dirty and messy alright.. lol (Not skillful with the splattering..)
It's kinda fun too. Too bad.. I don't have better brushes.. otherwise the splatter will look better. (considering doing another round next time..) Total pieces made: 39 (excluding few newspapers cut off.)


Later, scan all these into computer and soon I'm gonna have some custom made splatters brushes and paint brushes too..

Actually, I've no intention of drawing/paint Sesshoumaru anytime soon..

I just wanted to draw/paint Clavis sama of Angelique only.. However, when I started to paint Clavis, I realize it’s just too plain looking.. (Especially his forehead..) Hence.. Have to change the whole character.. (sob.. Total makeover..) Moments later, Sesshoumaru came in to my mind... In the end.. It became Sesshoumaru’s fanart.. (*slap head*)

Anyway.. Here is the Original color! (Without any blending options included yet..)

Yes.. Change his position of his arms.. Cover up with his fluffy instead of cloth.. Weird pose here.. Looks kinda uncomfortable.. His hair is in dark blue to begin with.. Now, we know what he looks like when his not in his sliver hair.. lol


Merely change his hair color with blending options..
