++ Tainted ++

That’s what I named for this piece… as u can see.. It’s kinda bloody.. heh.. That’s what I want it to be. Initially, I just wanna play around with oc with this piece.. However, I end up accidentally saving over the sketch!! (Have to rescan the sketch once more..)
Oh well, it’s already done 15% so.. I just went on coloring it..
It’s not really easy to paint on 1 layer especially I’m not really familiar with oc option..
But still it’s fun.. Though, I still added several layer in the end..
Colored in OC (85%) and PS (15%)..

Well this is the UGLY sketch.. Eeeuukkk.. yup, he have cat’s ear..


Here is the steps process..


Finish color in oc.. kinda soft for the color…didn’t add the cat ears.. look nicer like this..


Then I change back to ps and applied dodges/burn and others.. It’s cold and bloodiness..


Later on, added blending options to let the colors look more intense. . Just love the bloodiness.. (Perhaps I'll upload this in Deviantart.)


Well here is the so call flame version.. Non bloodiness that is.. But the flame doesn’t look convincing enough.. (I don’t know how to paint it in oc..)

After scanning and viewing the image, I realize his arms and hand is so small.. So, I crop the whole image.. (Cut off his other hand. lol) still can see his the other small arm and hand though..

The original colors.. In the beginning, I thought green colors will look great for the background.. But not really.. As for her dress I color it black. This way, it’s much easier to change her dress colors. (Actually, I can’t think of any color for her dress.. that’s why it’s in black..) Somehow, the bg doesn’t blend in with the drawing very much.. (I sux at drawing backgroud..)


I thought of changing the background while coloring halfway through.. (I don’t like the forest bg very much..) So, made another simple bg for it.. But looks like valentine theme instead…duh…


Abandon the pervious ‘valentine theme’ bg.. Still went back and choose the forest bg.. This is what is looks like after I went crazy with blending options..


Another few rounds of blurs, duplicating layers and changing blending mode, it looks like this.. Gonna submit this piece in deviantART.


I want to bring out more ‘night’ atmosphere.. The slightly ‘OVER’ bluish color version… got carried away with blending opt again.. lol


Change her dress colors. Hmm… perhaps the blue piece look better..

Not really satisfy with the light colors, so have to change most of the color in ps..

Again, went crazy with the blending options… somehow got carried away again..

This was not the initial sketch. I just drew a simple girl.. (Something like that.) It’s not a Chinese fairy.. I change it last minute.. my itchy hand.. (dr@ts I should have scan the initial one first before I rubbed it off.. it looks way better than this. 后悔呀~! TOT sob..)

Well, there is nothing I can do.. What is done is done.. orz

Thought of using traditional mediums to finish it off.. But I’m hesitating.. I don’t think I want manually inking/color on the original sketch.. don’t wanna ruin it again..

Dunno.. I regret changing the sketch..

Omg~! I can't stop laughing after I saw chapter 494 of One Piece.. It’s so hilarious and surprising. Lmao. Rofl. The most hilarious chapter.

Latest manga Addiction...

Latest manga Addiction: Vampire Knight. By: Matsuri Hino. Woohoo.. All the characters look so cool and attractive. (Shining and shimmering.) I really love their hair, eyes, to their uniforms everything~! Matsuri Hino she’s my newest idol.
Zero Kiryu is so cool and Kaname Kuran is so handsome and mysterious.. (Drool.. lol ) Yuki Cross so cute and lovely.. (I’m always so obsess with vampires, dark, gothic and blood thingys.. Me so psycho.. haha)

I’m so looking forward for this animated series. Wheee~!! It’s coming out this April~!
I wonder what will Zero Kiryu sounds like when the seiyu (voice actor) is Mamoru Miyano. Who’s also voice actor of: Tamaki Suou from Ouran High School Host Club. (another one of my favourite anime/manga.) Must be very interesting~!

Yeah, change a new wp. Hehe.. Vector abstract art isn’t difficult nor easy, especially creating a design.. But is fun.. When I showed the finished wp to my bro... He answered: “wah~! looks like Chingay clothes..” (Because the design is quite colorful.) ….
In the end the price for make this wp.. Back/leg pain got a little worst instead.. Shouldn’t have do this.. XP I should have rest instead.. now is still in pain..

Here is the lineart.. Just scribbling around with a pen without any guide line.. Zzzz.. making mess… la lah lahh.. art block… Luckily, later on, I was able to get rid of the blue lines using ps... and clean some lineart. Yattaa~!



Tada~! Though it’s a crappy sketch.. I still love it.. (Can’t draw snail and flowers.. ) color with OpenCanvas. Took few hours of coloring.. Zzzz Me, so slow.. just like the snail..


This is what it looks like after I switch to ps and change all the colors with blending options.. Can’t deny.. I just love intense colors better!
